Information Automatically Collected

We do not automatically collect any information when you visit our website. All data processing is based on your explicit actions.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our system for a variety of purposes described below:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To process and manage your medicine requests. This includes verifying your prescription with a health official and preparing your items for pickup.
  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you updates on your request status (e.g., "Approved", "Ready for Pickup") via SMS or email.
  • To protect our system. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our system safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share your information with your consent, to comply with laws, or to fulfill your requests.

  • Barangay 35 Health Officials: Your name, prescription, and requested medicines are shared with authorized health officials and staff of the Barangay 35 Health Office for the sole purpose of verifying and dispensing your medicine request.
  • Compliance with Laws: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or legal process.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information with any third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.

4. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. All data is transmitted over secure SSL connections and stored in an encrypted database. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account (such as your contact number or address), you can do so by logging in to your profile settings. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact our office directly.
